My question is basic, so how to add downloaded map so i can play it when i run application in mcreator ?

My question is basic, so how to add downloaded map so i can play it when i run application in mcreator ?
In the installation folder, there is a folder called forge. In it, there is a folder run and in it is a folder called saves. Place it there.
