I am currently running a modded RP server on 1.7.10 and have been using MCreator to make Blocks and items for my server world. Only issue is, the current mcreator version that supports minecraft 1.7.10 is missing alot of the features that come with the new MCreator version. The most noteable being that it doesn't seem to like JSON model files and there isn't much room for configuring the items and blocks.
I was hoping to see an update allowing me to use all the new MCreator features for minecraft 1.7.10, as it stands i am very limited.
Overall, backwards compatibility for older minecraft versions using the newer MCreator versions would be a masive help!

Minecraft 1.7.10 doesn't support JSON in its core, we can't port that to 1.7.10.
I wrote this numerous of times and I am getting tired of repeating myself. Minecraft 1.7.10 is seriously outdated, so is Minecraft Forge for it. Minecraft Forge developers themselves discourage users from using this version and so do we.
I understand that there are some mods for 1.7.10 that never got updated to later versions, but at the moment there is no way to add any of the JSON and many other features to 1.7.10. Even if we add support for 1.7.10 back in the future (right now we lack time/resources to do this and based on dropped support from Forge developers are even questioning the sense of this), there will be many functions of new MCreator that will simply be ignored and won't work with 1.7.10.
please tell what forgegradle did mcreator 1.6.3 use so my plugin can finally work
and can i change the forgegradle to older version?
