How to fix it? I have already dragged the model in different directions many times, it does not help.

I don't have Techne, I have MrCrayfish's Model Creator instead... (you can use it to make mods with JSON scripts, if you want to make 3D swords...)

If you want to make your sword with JSON script, install MrCrayfish's Model Creator. It's for free.
