how can i import an eclipse project?

so i've been working on my mod for some time in eclipse so far. but i dont know java at all, so i was just following some tutorials, but not for everything i need exist tutrial so i decided to try out mcreator. but i would like to import my already existing eclipse project. is there anny way i can to this easily or wil i manually have to import all the files?
