Need help with block placement (e.g. a candle that can only be placed on TOP of blocks)

Theres a bunch of blocks i want to add like candles, chandeliers and other stuff but i want to restrict the placement so that chandeliers dont hang from nothing

EZ, Make procedure "On Block Placed" That will check if block at Y+1 is Air if so then break your chandelier
