I launched MCreator 1.8.3 and the white loading bar loads all the way but is stuck on "Loading workspace data ..." does anyone know how to fix this issue? last I used it was yesterday and I was working on one of my modifications, MCreator 1.9.0 works fine.

Use 1.9.0 then, we don't support 1.8.3 anymore.
