How do i make an entity attack a certain block/ block that i created through another program

Im trying to me a scarecrow, that mojang wanted to make but never did, now i made the texture, the model, and it looks all fine, but i don't know how to use the attributes so i can make zombies and zombie villagers attack it.

If anyone can help that would be really appreciated.
