[1.9.0] commands don't work if the player's not OP

[1.9.0] commands don't work if the player's not OP

In this case "execute command / effect @p potioncore:purity 7200" doesn't work if the player's not OP.

The specific configuration involves a potion that runs a procedure that runs the command. Other iterations also fail to run.

Is there any way we can have an option to have the server run commands when a client initiates them?

No, because this would be a security breach. Minecraft does not allow this in its core. This was one could make a client-only mod and convince the server to run commands.

One could make a custom packet that requests command execution on the server that has the mod too, but this is out of scope right now, but might not be in 2.x.x branch of MCreator.
