How can I detect which block is right clicked?

How can I detect which block is right clicked?

So I'm attempting to create a music disc, and while I know mostly what to do, I'm trying to figure out how to detect which block the 'When right clicked on block' is right clicked on, as to make it so only if said block is a jukebox.
