You should be able to drag workspace elements on top of each other to create a folder, so it looks nice and simple, also you should be able to put those folders in folders and so on. Also maybe there could be a hide folders button aswell? So that it looks clean whilst working on smaller elements? And maybe merge workspace aswell?
Folders and sorting for mod elements are planned for the future updates, check issue tracker.
