MCreator 1.7.3 is no longer on the website for download. Whilst Minecraft 1.7.10 was very popular (especially for mods), most people have moved on now (as version 1.12.2 and beyond also have a large selection of mods).
If it is for your own personal use then fair enough but I really wouldn't want you to waste your time trying to create mods for anything earlier than 1.12.2 as you'd get very little interest.
Nope. Those versions aren't supported anymore. Currently 12.2 and in a later update 14.4 will be supported.
