Check For player within x amount of blocks then trigger a procedure

Check For player within x amount of blocks then trigger a procedure

I want a procedure to trigger on a custom block only when the player within says 5 blocks. How do I accomplish this?

This is not possible yet, but there is a ticket on our issue tracker planning this for the upcoming updates.
