How do I give NPCs there own skin

I got a Minecraft Skin for a Bided npc Model but the skin just glitches out is this an MCreator bug because I dont see a Template for making an Npc skin anywere???

I suspect that your Minecraft skin was the 1.8+ version. Use the minimal (pre-1.8) skin format for mobs.
