Is it possible to make a river biome with a specific block? Like I am trying to make a River Styx biome and have a custom fluid that I would like to use but don't know how? Any help is appreciated!
You can make a river structure, but I don't think you can make a river biome.
How would I go about making a river structure? Is there a program for making structures or do you have to build it in game and upload it somehow?
You use structure blocks in-game. Here's a tutorial:

You have to /give @p minecraft:structure_block to get it.
