I apologize in advance for my English, but my problem is that I have installed Mcreator, both .exe and .zip, and when I try to open the application the loading icon appears on the mouse for a few seconds and then nothing happens, it does not open the program and does not even appear a window warning of an error. I've tried everything, but it doesn't work for me, can anyone help me to solve this problem? I have windows 10 Thank you in advance for your help
Which version? Try to run it with mcreator.bat and paste the log here.
You can't click on it?
Yes I can, but it opens and closes immediately
Add pause to the end of .bat file contents and try again so the window does not close.

This is the .bat file
Go to C:\Users\juanj\.mcreator\ and delete the file called preferences there.
