For some reason, when I generate my nether like biome the tree structure that i made does not spawn.
I have tried using a structure as well, but that won't spawn either. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug in 2019.5?

The reason that your trees arent spawning is because they are on the roof of the nether like dimension. (I think)
All you need to do is do what the video says, but also make it so it spawns the tree blocks as an under ground or floating structure. Im not sure what one would work best. If you do this however there is a good chance that the trees will also spawn in walls, I think.
