Guide: Where to get old MCreator Versions and importing another mod into your workspace

So I found some old MCreator versions so please download these ASAP as the Dev here doesn't seem to want people to have access to these.  Also I think I came up with a process to get another persons mod into your mcreator workspace but I'm not 100% sure it will work.  Give it a shot and let us know what you had to do to get it to work.
