A question in the functions? Is there a block that checks if the person is op?

I have a question, I want to create Admin commands, for example:

-mute,-

kick,

-warn,

etc...

But I cannot find a block or others which checks if the person who has execute is op, if someone know can say it please.

I am pretty sure that to even execute any command you have to have "op" or commands turned on for that person. I might be wrong but I don't think I am
