Hi!
I need some help with a throwable axe I made...
I created a new ranged item (as an axe) and the amo is itsef but the problem is that it's not acting like an arrow : the axe doesn't stay on the ground once we throw it, until we get it back (like an arrow I said) but it diseappears! Is there a way to fix it?
Have you come up with a solution? Or not yet?
So, the only way to create a custom drop of an arrow is to create your own arrow, this would be the best alternative and I am watching a 32 minute video about making a bow and arrow in eclipse, this may take quite a while for me to fully do this as I am also going to try and use eclipse to expand my java knowledge. I will give you a link if you would like.

Thanks and sorry for taking so long,

Yeah it's okay, as I said, take your time, but the only thing is the axe (replaces the bow) is its own arrow. Is this specificity that makes it hard to code?
I don't really know, I think you can make your own arrow and your own bow that are throwing axes because an arrow has to have special code that makes it move and has a trajectory etc. no. It will be a matter of making a bow and making an arrow but using the bow as the ammo but not what it shoots as is seen in the mcreator code.
But why is it so complicated? I have already done something like that in previous versions of MCreator and it was easier...
