biome mob spawn not working?

biome mob spawn not working?

I have been working on a biome for a while now, and for the life of me I cannot get any mobs to spawn, even though they are in the spawn list.. Anyone know how to get it to work right?

 

Also Biomes custom trees leaves don't despawn after chopping the tree down..
