ive created a fresh github repository for my new mod, and the mod will not connect to it. ive got a gthub account, and all the info is correct. whenever i try and "synch with remote workspace", mcreator says that it doesnt have security permissions
Make sure you use the right user account and that this user account has permission to access, pull and push to the repository.
Check permission on the GitHub page.
ok. i did that. its now saying Commit on repo without head currently not supported. what is Head and how do i set it/create one?
Make sure your remote repository is empty before turning local workspace into remote. Did you check our tutorials on this topic? If not, I suggest you check our YT channel ;)
ok. thanks again. mod has 300 elements at this point, so im trying to back it up
I suggest back it up before backing it up on git too ;)
still getting the error
Please give me the link to the repository you are using (make it public for the time of testing) and tell how exactly you are connecting to it (in steps form), so I can try to replicate this.
ive fixed the issue.
apparently the password input box was case sensetive, and i wasnt typing it right. ive got my mcreator to link now, so we are good
when i try to sync it stays on loading and doesn't do anything
Check mcreator.log for any errors
Guys I have problem whit github, mcreator say to me that he isnt authorized, how resolve it
(I'm new in github)
You need to use authentication token
And this token is my password?
