Shift clicking duplicates returning items on crafting table

As the title said, the returning item is duplicating when i shift-click to craft, i made the procedure to add only one item to my inventory after the item is created.

In this case, im trying to purify a rotten flesh with a milk bottle, putting one bottle and one rotten flesh on crafting table, making the purified flesh and returning one empty glass bottle (vanilla item), but when i shift-click to craft, it returns 2 empty glass bottles instead of one, there's a way to fix it with no or less coding as possible? I don't know how to code yet but one day i hope to learn.
