Custom structures in custom dimensions with a custom biome selected

So i've created a structure, i've created a dimension and i've created a custom biome for that dimension. However the structure doesn't seem to be spawning anywhere within that dimesnion. Any help please? 

Also creating a structure and restricting it from certain biomes doesn't work. It still spawns in all biomes same with ores. 

(using minecraft 1.12)
