Using only MCreator this is not really possible. However, I’m pretty sure you can add your structure to the vanilla command, but I can’t tell you what is the code.

Unfortunately, in the name of compatibility, MCreator doesn't really "register" structures. At least, not in the typical way that Vanilla or some other forge mods register them. Because of this, they are fundamentally incapable of being detected by the /locate command, because they are not technically but rather random features not unlike ores or patches of grass.
