[SOLVED] Music disc sound everywhere

Hello,

I have created a custom music disc. But unlike the minecraft music disc when I go away of the jukebox I hear my custom music disk. In minecraft when we go away we hear less and less the music. I put the sound in "record" (I also test in music and block).
Anyone know how to do like the minecraft music disc ?
