I'm trying to make a block that when placed, lowers the light levels in a perimeter around the block. Or, just make the whole world get darker. tia

It's really simple. Basically you create an on summon or on place procedure, then place an execute command with the code: light~~~<lightlevelhere>
And thats it. Really simple.
