I have set the spawn wieght to about 104 and even then when I search for it or run /forge entity list, it's nowhere to be found.

Set it to Ambient. The water creature spawning option doesn't work for some reason. (Make sure that the spawn rate is 5-8, because ambient makes it spawn like crazy, but it wont if it's a low number)

Thank you! This is actually one of the only mob textures I made myself fully in my mod, so that means a lot!
