Mob Animation

There are tutorial about mob animation but those use techne or tabula which don't support 1.15.2 and i don't seem to find the code tell in some forum.Pls help,BTW i use blockbench and mcreator 2020.3.

I still use Techne on Mcreator 2020.3 and it still works(the mod is on 1.15.2) so there is nothing to worry about and you don't need any coding to do the mob animations using Techne so you can use it no matter what. If you need any help reply to me and I can send you a link to install Techne so you don't have to look around on the internet cause it is hard to find lately.

oh in Techne you don't have to animate you just set pivot points and in Mcreator select in what way they move. For example, when you have the head part you just set head to have head animation etc.

and I am not sure if you can do it on mac but if you want something I can try to model it if it's simple and so some textures.

sorry for not being active lately but do you still need help? the only problem with techne that you can't import java models back to it. but yeah I would try my best.

you should use a newer modeling program because techne dosnt support children to parts and its very buggy

custom animations need to be coded anyway, unless you are using a vanilla model.

Yes, Blockbench is fantastic. You can either download it for free at "blockbench.net", or just run it on the website without downloading (at "blockbench.net" again).
