How to use ore dictionary in my recipes

Hi, on start, I want to say that my English is hopeless, so sorry for all the mistakes.

So, I'm preparing a recipe for my item, uranite, and I want one of its ingredients to be an ore dictionary element (Uranium ingot, I guess ingotUranium) and I don't know how to do this.
