forge 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768 mod maker

I want to make a mod for my server, but its running on forge version 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768 and I can't make my server a newer version or then my other mods won't work, is there any plugins or any other way to change this?

You can always use the option to disable Forge version check..
