Invinsible procedure

So i cant load my procedure properly (in workspace, not importing), all that is showing up is a comment, that when is open shows huge blank rectangle.
Its the first time it does this and i cant edit procedure because of this.

Please help

edit: this is some kind of bug, i finally managed to load this procedure normally, but this happens sometimes, so yeah would be great if you would fix this :)
