I need help [mobs]

I have been trying to make a mob using blockbench for some time. Every single time I make my model and export it as a java entity it DOES NOT show up in mcreator. PLS HELP. I don't know why this is happening. I am using version 2020.2 of mcreator or 1.12.2. I heard it was possible to do what i am asking.

Are the cubes in Bones/Folders? They won't show up unless you do this, regardless of if they're animated or not.

If your making it with blockbench, you need to make folders to put your cubes in. (Example: a head folder which contains all the cubes that represent the head.) You also need to make sure when you first create your model that you set the export version to 1.12.2

What do you mean by it does not show up in MCreator? If there is an error with the model you should either be unable to import it or MCreator should tell you a warning. Are you sure you imported it correctly?
