How can I change the speed of a bullet or make something similar to a fireball charge?

I have an inquiry regarding the settings of ranged items
How can I change the speed of a bullet or make something similar to a fireball charge?
It should be a setting inside of the actual ranged item builder, under power or something like that. Additionally, on fire should also be an option.
