Hello I wanted to make a Fast attack enchantment so basically my idea was that swords with that enchantment attack faster. How did you get the 2020.4 ?
I'm on 2020.3 so I can't make any enchantments, if i could i would have helped you.

you can't change attack speed of tools rn.
*vanilla tools
you can make a item with the same texure, damage, durability, etc but with a different attack speed and put the "enchantment" in the lore
that will cause compatibility issues with other mods :/
