How can i make the player invisible to other players?

Bob = Player 1

I want to make a plane out of phase, not a dimension. If your confused think of the upside down. Its a world that's right there and you cant even see it. The way i want to pull this off is, that i want to place a resource pack on Bob when he gets put into said place and then make him invisible to other players, and players invisible to Bob, Bob can see himself. I know i will need custom coding, so don't say "You need custom coding" because that is pretty obvious, just some ideas would be nice ^_^.
