Texture Corruption

This might not fall under the help with mcreator software category but I will persist anyway, the other day I was making a texture for a gui, and my computer was being quite slow so mcreator wasnt responding for a minute. Then the software crashed and when went back into my workspace the texture in the resource tab was gone. This is a texture I have spent a long time on and I wouldnt like to start it again.
