Topic category: Help with Minecraft modding (Java Edition)
I want to make like dyable items that can be dyed just like leather, but I don't know how to make items dyable like that, other than making different versions of the item for different dyes which is inefficient and doesn't allow mixing dyes. I have no experience with making custom elements, if that's what I have to do. Help!
sadly you have to make a dyed version for all of them and make a recipe with all the dyed armor, I don't know how to help with this any other way
Create 16 Textures in all Colors is the only way i think.
