Help with loot table enchant

I created an item named card, I want it to be found in the dungeon chests I created.
Also want them to have 1 enchantment, and 1 enchantment only.

They can only have strenght, speed or resistant, and I want them to have 100% chance to spawn with a enchantment, but not 2.

How do I do this in the new snapshot?
