Problems with mob textures

Hello, I know that it is not a problem of MCreator itself but it is for my mod in which I do not know how to do to solve this problem.
I am using BlockBench and when creating a cube with z = 0 (that is, a flat object) by entering a texture and seeing how it looks in minecraft, I notice that it penetrates the texture on the opposite side.
My mob is totally horrible this way and making the cube bigger is not an option since it would not look good aesthetically.
I await your answers and sorry for talking about BlockBench is that I do not know how to solve this ...

Texture problems are connected to modeler and texture, MCreator just loads these two.
