I added a new food but I want it to give enchant like a golden apple. How can I do? not to shine but to impose enchanted

I do not understand what you are asking
If you want it to be able to be enchanted, make an enchantment and select the food in the "Allow this enchantment on". Then you can use an enchanted book to add it onto it
You need to use the on eaten trigger for it and then add the potion effects with procedures.
Like Klemen always says, look at tutorials and search..
