I'm trying to recreate random features from Minecraft 1.17 snapshots for fun, and I can't find out how I display an overlay through procedures, Im unable to find a block to do so when I search for keywords "Display" and "Overlay" in the new snapshot. I just need to know if there is a block I'm going to have to use, or if I'm just doing it wrong. The procedure right now is going to be linked to the item, under when right-clicked in air. Im sure this has been answered somewhere else, but I'm not sure what I would search for in the forum to find my answer :P

There is no procedure for this, you will need to use conditions for this.
