Hi i am not able to change the tool type because there is no option.This happens when I create an item.There is a picture below.Also this version is 2020.5.I also used the exe installer.Using Java 1.14.4
.

Make a tool in the tool section, and an Item in item section
You are making a item element not a tool element
choose tool element instead of item

The issue was resolved.I looked at multiple tutorials and they told to make an item.
