I don't think this is possible with the current version of MCreator. Netherite was added in Minecraft version 1.16, and MCreator only supports up to 1.15.2. There is news of 1.16.4 support and hopefully, it will be out soon at a time that works for you.
If you want to do it now, there should be a way to do this by coding although I wouldn't know how.
