How to make a procedure happen only at a certain time of year

I am trying to make a procedure where it only works in December to spawn in a specific mob. I was in the procedure editor and I couldn't find anything like this But I'm pretty sure it's possible because some mods have added this kind of feature. Is this possible in mcreator? if so, how do you do it?
