Rideable Flying Entity

Hi, i want to make a flying and rideable entity, i know that there is a way to make a rideable entity that follow your mouse. that mean if ur mouse goes up, then the flying entity will go up. i did that someday but i really dont remember how to do it again (and its without coding) u will say, just go in the workspace and get the riding of the flying entity procedure and just copy it, but few month ago, my pc ran into a BSOD so im using a new one right now, so that not possible.
