It is actually kind of simple. Firstly you have to create the file. Just record it on any software you have, or even online. Then download it if you recorded it online, then go and search up mp3 (or whatever file type the recording is) to .ogg. Convert it and download it, then log into MCreator and press resources, sound files then import a .ogg file. select the file then you should be able to use it in any area you want.
