Change entity display Name

Hi, I created a mod with mcreator and I need a little help. I made a kind of villager. When I right-click on it, an inventory opens. This should change the name of the mob. I have already managed to take the text out of the text field and add a function to the buttom.
So how can I change the name of the mob with a click of the button where I have the inventory open?
