Cannot select procedure it's unclickable and says: "(name) - missing dependencies

I dont know how to fix this - i cannot select procedure,

i'm trying to assing a procedure to "while this gui is open tick" and it cannot be selected, other procedures work just fine
it says: "missing dependencies" i dont know how to provide dependencies to this thing
can someone help me?
