Is there a way to detect what face and what part of that face the player clicked on ?

Basically the title: Is there a way to detect what face and what part of that face the player clicked on (bottom left, bottom center, bottom right, middle (center), top left, top right, top middle, middle right, middle left or using coordinates)?
