help with Client side mods

so, I’m wanting to make a mod that I can play on multiplayer servers that don’t have that mod installed

so, I need to know what I can put in that mod and what I can’t for it to work (example I know you can’t add blocks entities and items)

so, if you could tell me what I can and can’t add or give me a list of what I can and can’t add

or even if its possible with mcreator

im trying to make a mod that you click a button and it gives you potion effects, teleports you 50 blocks up, and other things like that

my friends and i are going to play a uhc with that mod on

and we need to be able to run the mods with a non forge or sponge server

This is impossible at least with MCreator(and forge I think). You need mod to be at server-side to change player location, give potions etc...
